Sweep blade with an integrated collection tank The scope of production
The production relates to a tripod and a holder for the tripod. More specifically, the production relates to a sweeping blade with an integrated collection container for sweeping waste and a mounting bracket for holding the stand in a vertical position.
The production comprises a sweep blade mounted on a preferably two-piece means which in conjunction with the sweep blade can hold an open collection container, in particular an open bag or similar for collecting waste. The mounting bracket for the rack mounted on a collection container may be free-standing or the mounting bracket may be mounted on a vertical surface, for example a cabinet door.
Generation can be used especially when it is desirable to hold both hands on a long-handled diet when waste is to be swept from the floor. Furthermore, the present invention makes it possible to sweep waste from the floor using just one hand, using a dust brush.
The prior art
A technical solution of the kind mentioned above is known, which is described in patent specification WO 9620860. This invention can be used for a direct sweeping of waste - up in a container, the lid of the waste container can be used as a slush for the waste to be swept up. from the substrate and up into the container.
However, the invention of the aforementioned patent specification WO 9620860 is very resource intensive to produce. Partly large material resources are required, since the invention includes, among other things, a barrel for a waste container as well as 3 wheels used for supporting the barrel, and secondly, essential temporal resources in the manual assembly work to manufacture this construction, since said invention consists of several single parts.
The invention according to patent WO 9620860 is not intended to be operated using the least possible effort. In particular, this invention is not contemplated to be carried on as it is primarily designed for the collection of large waste.
The technical problem to be solved
Sweeping of waste from a solid surface, including indoor floors and outdoor terraces, etc. is usually performed by using a long-handled broom and a bucket and in part by using a broom and a sweep tray. The sweeping can be done in an upright position with a long-handled broom and a bucket by holding the bucket, for example, with the left hand and by sweeping the waste up the bucket with the long-handled broom by using only the other hand, the right hand. This posture requires a great deal of effort, which is why when sweeping with a long-handled diet it is most appropriate to have 2 people perform the actual sweeping of waste from the substrate. When two persons perform a sweep of waste from a fixed surface, eg a floor, one person can hold the bucket with the blade blade placed flat on the ground while the other person with both hands on the broom shaft, with a proper working position, can sweep the waste up on the blade. . When waste has been swept up on the bucket it can be disposed of by emptying the bucket into a container such as a bucket. This workflow is continued until the pooled waste pile is successively fed into the container.
If, instead of using a long-handled diet and a bucket, a small sweeping brush and a sweeping tray are used when sweeping waste from a solid surface, such as a floor, you must bend very deep or approach the solid surface, eg a floor or a terrace, for example. to squat. Both mentioned or other reasonable alternatives for using a sweeping brush and a sweeping blade in connection with the sweeping of waste from a floor can be physically unaffordable to many people.
Most people with a good physique and who have full mobility can for many decades negate the harmful consequences of a stressful posture, but for people with a reduced movement including people who do not have full mobility in both arms and who cannot hold a firm grip on the handle of a broom - it can be an insurmountable effort to sweep waste from a floor.
3 DK 2009 00003 U3
For persons who can currently only use one hand due to temporary or permanent damage to one hand, it will not be possible to perform a sober sweeping from a floor using known technical solutions.
Therefore, there is a great recognized need for a technical solution that will enable many people to be able to perform a basic cleaning using a diet, bucket and sweep tray, including in particular to perform a sweeping of waste from e.g. a floor, • without the actual persons being referred to use a procedure that causes distorted and therefore burdensome posture • without the need to be two people to do the sweeping and • without being relegated to squatting or bowing deep.
It is therefore the purpose of the present invention: to accommodate appropriate postures, (A) to limit the need to be more about sweeping, (B) to limit the number of tasks in removing waste, (C) to limit material resource consumption (D) and to facilitate a suspension of production (E)
The new technical means
The new technical solution according to the invention is provided by a flat piece of material made from the basis of a sweep blade, with a sweep blade edge, over which edge of waste can be swept up on the basis of the sweep blade, where the sides of the sweep blade near the sweep blade are provided with a hoop-shaped member, whereby the member extends as an extension of the blade of the sweeping blade. Hereby it is achieved that the member in association with the base of the sweeping blade can tension the opening of a container and thereby hold the open container, including a plastic bag. The hanger-shaped member may in a particular embodiment be made of two preferably flexible / flexible members.
4 DK 2009 00003 U3 When the frame according to the manufacture holds an open container in the area which is stretched out by the means (s) mounted in association with the base of the sweeping blade and the stand is subsequently placed on a flat surface, the opening of the open container is in a vertical position. In this position of the rack according to the invention, it is possible to sweep waste over the sweep blade edge of the rack and directly into the open container held by the blade of the sweep blade and the mounted member.
By using the frame according to the invention arranged horizontally on a flat surface, a substitution for a bucket or sweeper blade is provided. This substitution therefore eliminates the need to hold a bucket or sweeper blade in connection with the sweeping of waste from a floor. Thus, it is sufficient to carry the used diet with one or two hands as needed to remove the waste.
Therefore, the rack according to the production takes into account suitable working positions (A) and the need to be only one person at the sweeping is taken into account (B). Furthermore, the number of tasks in the removal of waste has been reduced (C), as the need to empty a bucket or sweeper has been eliminated.
The actual frame according to the production can be made from the bending of a single plate, where the extent of the plate used can be reduced to an absolute minimum, thereby taking into account the possibility of minimizing the material consumption of resources (D).
Advantageously, the frame according to the invention may be placed vertically (E) preferably on a dedicated holder, the holder having one or more grooves (s), projections and / or recesses which can engage the frame.
In order to ensure a stable and secure temporary storage of the swept waste before the contents of the container are permanently disposed of, for example, for reasons of hygiene and any odor nuisance, the holder may have an integrated rocker lid which can cover the area stretched by the blade of the sweeper blade and the mounted body.

The technical impact
The sweep blade according to the manufacture can be provided from a flat piece of material made from a sweep blade, with a sweep blade edge, over which edge of waste can be swept on the basis of the sweep blade, the sides of the sweep blade near the sweep blade's blade being fed to a hoop-shaped member, the member extending as an extension of the sweeper blade. Hereby it is achieved that the member, in association with the base of the sweep blade, can clamp the opening and thereby hold an open container, including a plastic bag.
In order to obtain a material saving in the manufacture of the product, the means as claimed in claim 2 may be 2-part.
In order to achieve increased flexibility of the opening opening, the member as claimed in claim 3 may preferably be 2-part and made of a flexible material. An embodiment that further accommodates the use of several sizes of collection containers, including plastic bags.
In order to accommodate a vertical arrangement of the sweep sheet frame according to the invention, as stated in claim 4, it may be provided with one or more groove (s), projections and / or grooves which can interact with a holder or a suspension bracket. For example, which bracket for securing a vertical arrangement of said frame may be mounted on the inside of a cabinet door.
The holder used for the production can, as mentioned in claim 5, inter alia. for hygienic reasons, be provided with an integrated rocker lid which can cover the area stretched by the blade of the sweeper blade and the mounted member.
The collection container used may, as mentioned in claim 6, be made of a plastic material, for example a plastic bag or the container may be made of a fiber material as claimed in claim 7.
The material used for the manufacture of the sweeping blade according to the manufacture and holder may be but may not necessarily be made of the same material. As stated in claim 8, the sweeping blade according to the manufacture may be made of a plastic material or of metal as stated in claim 9, for example, the sweeping blade according to the manufacture may be made of stainless steel as mentioned in claim 10.
